I've come across Herdy products here in the Lakes before but never realised the lovely story behind the brand until recently, when I had a mooch at the Herdy facebook page. I'm still working on my vintage inspired pastel collection, but thought I'd break up my blog with some bright and simple greetings designs I did a few months ago. The designs make use of flitter and foil and are pretty simple really.

A New Year and new designs

The mince pies are gone. the tree is down and I've been for a new years run this morning (I was feeling v unhealthy so it's time to do something on the fitness front) It's also time to start looking at everyday themes and designs. I'm currently working on some pieces that capture a vintage feel, whilst hopefully keeping something of the modern and fresh. Hope you like the details from the image! Fingers crossed it's a good 2012 too!
